It is mentioned that field office all over India i.e.MSME- Development Institutes, Branch Development Institutes, Testing Centres & Testing Stations are attached with DC(MSME), New Delhi and provide the funds for purchase the books(hindi & english), news papers and magazines etc. under the modernization scheme of library.
